What if the agent does not know an answer?
It does not make things up. If the information is not in what you provided, it says so, takes the caller’s details and can transfer the call to someone on your team.
And WhatsApp?
The agent handles calls by voice. WhatsApp is used for appointment or order confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. It does not chat with your customers.
Are my data and my customers’ data safe?
Each business has its data separated from other businesses. Recordings have a retention period depending on the plan. You can read our privacy notice on the site.
